Every project follows the same documented path, so you always know what happens next and when your estimate will arrive.
Send a short request through our quote form, then email your drawings or share a download link.
An estimator reviews the documents, confirms scope, trades, and level of detail, and lists any questions about the drawings.
You get a written proposal with scope, deliverables, fee, and a delivery date confirmed for your project.
We complete the takeoff and estimate, then a second review checks quantities, pricing, and assumptions.
You receive the editable estimate, marked-up drawings, and summary, and we answer follow-up questions.
Pricing FAQs
Building size, number of trades, drawing completeness, the level of detail you need, and the deliverable format. We review the drawings and confirm the fee in writing before starting.
Qualifying projects are defined in your monthly agreement by size and scope, for example single-trade or whole-building bids up to an agreed size. Larger projects can be included by agreement.
Term length is set in your monthly agreement. Ask us for the current terms when you request a proposal.
Payment terms and accepted methods are stated in your proposal or agreement.
