Project Management Support

Keep the budget on track after the bid is won

Estimating doesn't stop at award. We help contractors build schedules of values, price change orders, and track committed cost against the original estimate.

Overview

What this service covers

Once a job is awarded, the estimate becomes the budget. We help your project team turn it into a schedule of values, set up cost codes, and keep a clear record of how scope and cost change over the life of the project.

This is a remote, document-based support service. Your project manager stays in charge on site; we handle the time-consuming pricing and paperwork behind the scenes.

Projects and contractors we support

  • Awarded commercial projects
  • Residential builds with lender draws
  • Renovations with frequent scope changes
  • Multi-phase developments

Typical clients:

  • Project managers
  • Small GCs without a dedicated cost engineer
  • Owners tracking contractor billing
  • Subcontractors managing change orders

Scope of work

Scope is confirmed in your proposal after we review the drawings. A typical engagement includes:

  • Schedule of values from the estimate
  • Cost code setup
  • Change-order quantity and pricing
  • Budget vs. committed cost tracking

  • Revision log for drawing changes
  • Buyout comparison sheets
  • Close-out cost summary
